The Process
- Our technicians are trained on all equipment and solutions that will be used in the process to ensure a satisfactory washing while maintaining safety standards and property protection protocols.
- Our technicians conduct an initial walk around noting and documenting any areas of concern.
- The washing process begins with the appropriate solutions tailored to your homes’ need.
- The wash is now complete, and our technicians conduct a follow up walk around ensuring the project is complete and to standard.
- Clean-up. Our technicians now pack up equipment and then remove any additional pieces used in the property protection (tape, water socks, etc).
*The homeowner is 100% responsible for:
- ensuring our technicians have access to an outdoor water source
- knowing where run-off occurs * The Clean Water Act puts the home owner at liability if run-off occurs and enters the water shed. We offer a water reclammation service, for an additional fee
- know where the property lines begin and end
